Extracurricular activities are those that fall outside the realm of the normal curriculum of school education, performed by students. Extracurricular activities exist at all levels of education, from 4th-6th, junior high (or middle school)/high school.Activities that often involve some time commitment outside of the regular school day, such as band and choir, are also considered extracurricular activities.
Yoga
Yoga helps children see the beauty and light within themselves, thereby boosting their self-confidence, allowing them to feel more comfortable with their bodies, and helping them get in touch with who they are inside. A child who learns yoga, mindfulness and relaxation will be developing essential skills for a lifetime of health and wellness in mind, body and spirit.
Dance
The Dance Education program is one of the most diverse programs in the Department with students .Most of our students have spent between three and five hours a day for dance to improve their math skills.
Fruit Day
On Fruit Day real fruits were brought, taught and identified, cut and distributed to the children. They were also made to identify and distinguish various tastes.
Red Day
On Red Day vegetables like tomato and fruits like strawberry, cherry etc.. were identified and eaten by the children.
Green Day
On Green Day vegetables and fruits of green colour were brought, cooked and made in to delicious and nutritious dishes. These were served to the children.
