In association with Clove Dental Health line, ‘Dental Diagnosis and Awareness Camp ‘was organised in our School Campus on 09/07/2019 under the guidance of the Vice-President Mrs. Jeeva Latha Mam and the Principal Mrs. Sheela Mam.

More than 200 students from STD I to STD XII and staff were participated in the camp. A diagnostic check-up was done and following which the required treatment procedure was explained to them. A report card was given to every child with oral hygiene instruction.

The response from the students was positive and the Camp was indeed success.

Kamarajar’s Birthday was celebrated as “Kalvi Valarchi Naal Vizha!” at our school premises with great respect and zealousness on 15^th July 2019.We celebrate his birthday each year with great pomp as a token of our gratitude to for his greater contribution in the field of education.

Our Vice-President Mrs. Jeeva Latha was the Chief Guest and she spoke about the simplicity of Kamarajar’s life and his principles to be followed by the students. Our Principal Mrs. Sheela was the Guest of Honor. In her note of address she recalled some of the incidents of Kamarajar’s life.The students of choir group sang the song that awakened everyone’s feelings towards Shri. Kamarajar’s. Various programmes like speech, skit were conducted to recall his greatness.

At the end of the program Our Vice-President Mrs. Jeeva Latha Mam distributed sweets to all the students.

The Investiture Ceremony was held on 27/07/2019 along with the Inauguration of clubs and Association in our school.

Our Vice-President Mrs. Jeeva Latha Mam was the Chief Guest of the Day. The ceremony started by lighting the lamp and followed with the prayer and a song by the school choir. Master K. Dhakshina Moorthy was bestowed as the Head Boy and Miss .Meghna Lotha was bestowed as the Head Girl. The House Captains, Sport Secretary and all the prefects of the student council were given sash and badges by our Chief Guest Mrs.Jeeva latha Mam.

Followed by the Inauguration of Various clubs and Associations were held to provide a new insight to help the students rekindle and discover their talents in leadership and organisation of various programmes. The Tamil and English club Secretaries, RSP Members and Volunteers, Eco Club In charge and all the other club prefects received badges from our Chief Guest.

Later all the elected prefects took their oath to hold the school motto ‘Loyalty, Truth and Honest’. Chief Guest Vice-President Mrs. Jeeva latha Mam congratulated all the leaders and admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties.

The newly Head Girl Miss. Meghna Lotha delivered the vote of thanks.

The program concluded with the NATIONAL Anthem. The ceremony was successful with all the efforts of our Principal Mam Mrs. Sheela.
